This was a good book. The characters had time to come to life. You get to know them and can't help but feel for them. The fight scenes where not described to death. There where a few times the writing became a little stilted, but just a few. There was some history but the author didn't go into the 3 page discription of the time. All in all a good book I recommend it.

A excerpt from Review of "Raven Warriors: Not all life is lived in battle" by Judy O
My rating for this book is 3 out of 5 stars.
This book, Raven Warriors, was quite a read. It engrossed me from the beginning to the end. The descriptions of life in the 1600s were something I enjoyed; they depicted just how simply people lived in those days. I admired János' decision-making rationality and his love for his wife and family, which was evident in how he always hurried home after battle. Another character I liked was Kazella, although she was not discussed much. I liked that she was present as a healer for the Ravens; whenever someone was being escorted to her, I wished a description of the healing process would be reported, but it wasn't. It was not a problem, though.
The story flowed accordingly. The plot appeared complex but was very simply woven around different characters at different points in time. Sometimes we got János' side (mostly); other times, Tadeas or Milklós were discussed. The dialogue was simple and would not pose a problem to anyone reading the book. Another thing worthy of commendation was the beautiful editing carried out on this book. I did not encounter a single error, leading me to believe this book was exceptionally well-edited.

A Review of "Self-Worth: A sixty year struggle with ADHD" by Linda G.

Self-Worth by LC Lee is a fascinating story of survival and love!
I didn't want the story to end.
Wow! What a tale this author has to tell! It's about survival, family, friends, cars, and most of all love. The author's journey spans generations of changes. He takes the reader with him through the turbulence of trying to make it when all of the odds seem to be against him! You'll read about his life's story through his eyes, eyes that reflect a world of ADHD and mental health issues and the struggles those afflicted face. I was truly captivated by the journey the author and his wife shared. What an interesting past! I learned so much about so many aspects of days gone by! His story is fascinating, as his experiences are at the center of growth in this country. How he picked himself up and moved forward time after time is truly admirable. Thanks for a story that I have reflected upon long after I finished the read!

My rating for this book is 3 out of 4 stars.
In the following book, we get to witness sixty years of the author's life influenced by ADHD. Stemming from that, we also see the deterioration of his self-worth and his efforts to defeat the negativity. There were lots of things in this book that I liked. It is not always easy to speak openly about one's failures and illness. The author's story reveals the grave impulses and absence of self-awareness that the psychiatric society has disregarded. So, his courageousness and authenticity in expressing those were a praiseworthy element. The story-telling in this book was also crafted nicely. Every story told by the author brought out different emotions for me. Mostly, I liked reading about his one true love, Kathleen. She made multiple adjustments to make a home with him throughout the ups and downs of their relationship.

My rating for this book is 4 out of 4 stars.
Overall, the book was easy to read and follow, quite captivating and intriguing. The plot, the story line, and the twists and turns kept me curious enough to finish reading without any boring moments. I did not find any errors in the book. It was perfectly edited. I like how the author presented Elizabeth as a compassionate person trying to save the love of her life like she tried to save her mother. It was really a great book, and I found no reason to deduct a star. I would recommend it to anyone who likes reading stories about nuns and priests; this is an interesting one. It also shows what they go through while serving humanity. Also, people who love humanitarian activities will love reading this book. I would also recommend this book to people who run non-governmental organizations; they will learn a lot from it. Anyone who is looking for something fun, interesting, and exciting to read can pick it up.

My rating for this book is 4 out of 5 stars.
Written in such a fast pace this book seems to tell the story of three lifetimes. This historical fiction is a page turner thats main character, goes from surviving to being able to live life to the fullest. This book involves romance, deception, and intrigue and while some topics may be taboo they are all very well written and tasteful..
